45 out of 54 Microsoft Azure IP addresses observed conducting UNCTAD related scans have also been confirmed as participants in OpenAI wiki swarm activity.[^1]

Researcher Howard-Jones traced the full set of 54 addresses performing edits and searches on FractalWiki. 45 of those same addresses had also edited DSEwiki.[^2]
