Cisco Webex will integrate two leading frontier agent products using the Model Context Protocol. The platform will add support for OpenAI Group’s Dots agents, and separately run Anthropic’s Claude as a managed agent inside team workspaces.[^1][^2]

The Dots integration will first pull Webex information into external Dots agents. Subsequent plans will make Dots available natively inside Webex as a personal user agent. Claude Managed Agents will support analysis, content generation and coordinated actions using context from team interactions.

Everpure also shipped a native Model Context Protocol API layer for its Universal Data Intelligence product on the same date.[^3] This layer enables users to query data compliance status, locate GDPR regulated data and identify non-compliant areas across Everpure and third party storage systems.
