Anthropic has confirmed it will conduct its US public listing on November 9, targeting a $2 trillion valuation. NVIDIA, Microsoft, Google and Amazon are listed as backers for the offering.

Combined projected market value for Anthropic, SpaceX and OpenAI stands at $5.2 trillion. That sum exceeds the total value of all US initial public offerings completed between 1980 and 2024.

OpenAI is targeting a 2027 public listing. The firm aims to close its current funding round before Anthropic’s listing proceeds.
